Ripoff

One June 10 the day i was having major back surgery i ordered off the tv the singerlazer 2 for 1 vacuum deal. They advertised it as three monthly payments. Today is October 24. I have been charged all three payments several months ago and i still do not have the vacuums.

I have sent many, many emails without response. I have tried to call all the 1-800 numbers and was on hold today for over two hours and then cut off. No one will get back to me and all the phone numbers are bogus. There is only a recording and no person there. I have in my opinion beem ripped off by this company. They freely took my money and i have no product.

On November 10 will be five months i have been waiting. Is there anyone out there who would like to join me in filing fraudulant business practises against this company. Since i ordered the vacuums they have changed the name from singerlazer to windstorm. Someone please help me get justice.
