Ripoff Attempt to cancel my order within 7 minutes of placing it. No email response & no response via phone number. Unauthorized debit of my account

Consumer's Original Complaint:

I am disputing a transaction made to my account on October 24 at 4:04 AM from a company called Lean Life. This transaction was in the amount of $99.90. I've sent numerous emails and left numerous messages on their voice mail requesting to cancel this order. I've been trying to contact them since the date that I placed the order which was on October 10th (I requested to cancel my order within minutes of placing the order AND i have emails to prove my requests). This was well within their agreement for canceling any orders. According to their terms and conditions, I am within the rights to cancel my order and should receive full reimbursement.

I believe that this company is a scam as I've attempted to contact them both by email and by their direct number. I have never spoken to a live person, but have only been directed to a voice mail which stated that someone would call me back. I've never received a call back. Also, their customer service has never responded to me via email as promised on their website. I have kept these emails to back up my requests. (see below for the terms and conditions details).

I have since been in contact with my bank and have filed a dispute. Leanlife has place a credit pre-authorization hold for the above amount. I'm hoping that I have caught this soon enough to stop the payment from going thru. I have also reported this company to the BBB.

Consumer's Desired Resolution:
I wish to be reimbursed for the amount of $99.90 and any other accrued amount resulting from this ordered. I do not wish to receive their product and have been contacting them since October 10th requesting my order to be canceled! I do not want them to have access to my account.
