Poor Workmanship Ripoff

Major pipe leak behind kitchen cabinets which resulted with black mold developing in drywall and in back of cabinets.

Builder is unwilling to take responsibility because home is beyond warranty period. This is extremely unprofessional on their part since it is obviously a defect due to poor workmanship.

The mold resulting from this defect could affect the health and well being of our family.

The leak has also resulted with rusting out the garbarge disposal, so this will now have to be replaced as well.
