Omega Science - Kiloral
Ripoff, Did not send advertized product and did not honor money back guarantee

I ordered Kiloral (diet pill). The shippment was supposed to be 8 pills that made you lose 3 pounds per day. What I received was 4 bottles of "something" that had Kiloral on the label. I tried the product for 10 days and did not lose any weight so I returned it.

I received a letter back from the company a couple of months later (after my second letter demanding that my money be returned) stating that I did not return the unused portion of the product. Well I did not get proof from the post office that I had mailed it, so I am out my money. I did send a return letter to the person that mailed me telling her how furious I was.

PS. Before I put so much money in this product I tried to find some information on Kiloral on the web and nothing showed up so I went ahead and purchased it. This was in March of this year. After receiving the letter from Omega Science that I would not get my money back I went on a Diet formum to warn people about this company. I did another search to see if what I wrote would show up when people did a search and that is where I found your site. There are complaints from 2004. Why is this company still about to sell their products???
