Ripoff first the guy couldn't speak english, telling me I won a grant for 12,500.00 and it would cost 49.95, now I'm out 349.90

First i was congradulated on winning a grant for 12,500.00. And it would be in my account within 48 hours. For 1 payment of 49.95. He also told me they would be a second payment. He kept putting me on a machine that wasn't working. He kept calling back for 4 days in a row. That's when i called my bank and put a stop payment on 2 checks with the name for them to look for advantage america. Well they used their own checks and now i'm out 349.90. I don't know what to do. I even told him i was on a fixed income. Can you please tell me what to do?
