Russell Glenn Deeter
Turned Into A Dead Beat Dad ripoff

I need help locating Russell Glenn Deeter, son of Beverly Deeter; brother of Danny, Lisa, Robert Glenn, Jesse, Christopher "Crissy" and Eugene Deeter; brother-in-law of Christina Deeter; Ex Husband of Susan Bivans & Barbara Brown Deeter.

The last time I received a child support check from Russell was late April of this year. It has been 5 months since we had contact. Russell is $1,666.84 behind in child support payments.

At one time Russell use to be very good about paying child support. I don't know what happened. He was never good about remembering birthdays and holidays, but we a least Delia and I received a check.

I should have known something was up a couple of years ago. He use to call constantly to check up on Delia and I. Then the calls came in every couple of weeks, then every couple of months and at one time a year with no contact. I wrote him a letter reminding him he has a child in Florida. He started calling every couple of months again. The calls would never last for more than 3 minutes at a time. I thought that was very odd, but never thought about checking the numbers he was calling from. My husband checked all the numbers that Russell has called from in the past and all but 1 number were from businesses.

I have sent letters to Russell's last known address. I got no response, but the letters were not returned to me. The Ohio Child Support Enforcement Agency called me to find out if I knew where he is located. The Ohio C.S.E.A. Has always been good about tracking Russell down every time he changed employers, but this time they are stumped. Russell has been known for not responding to letters and calls to the C.S.E.A.

All information and advice would be greatly appreciated. I need all the help I can get with this situation.
