I feel i was Ripedoff, I feel they used Deceptive practices and committed Fraud Ripoff

I have paid Invention Technologies 2,845.00 for services they were supposed to perform. After six months they made one contact with a manufacturer who requested more information on my game. The manufacturer did not sign a non disclosure agreement with them. The services rendered to me was mailing a list of 10 manufacturers to mail contact kits and 20 press release letters for me to mail to the local newspapers. A picture of my game on their web site and the newspaper article that I made possible, they charge different amounts of money to other clients on numerous occasions. They will not provide the number of clients who made more money than the fees they paid due to client confidentially laws. Does this over see Federal law? I have asked them to send me a statement to justify their services for the 2000.00 845.00 paid.invention Technologies placed my account on hold because of a balance due of 6,450.00.

I acquired numerous manufacturers who showed interest in my game and are willing to sign Non Disclosure Agreements. I was told that they could not offer these manufacturers a chance to enter a licensing agreement because of my account status. The representative double checked and apologized to me for misinforming me, He told me as long as the manufacturers were requesting more information they had to follow up with request because of the 2 year contract agreement I have with them. He also said they would try to enter a licensing agreement with these manufacturers. After Thousands of hours of research I did on manufacturers and contacts I made to make this game successful only to find out I have been wasting my time. Now they say they can only proceed with a 6,450.00 dollar payment. I have made at least thirty contacts with manufacturers who are willing to sign Non disclosure agreements compared to there one. I would like to find a lawyer to represent me. I feel my case is very strong and a jury would award a substantial amount and put them out of business. The jury will realize that a licensing agreement could be worth millions over a period of time and I am being deprived of that opportunity due to a balance. The balance is nickels and dimes compared to the potential the game has. They have shattered my American dream for a better life for my family and my children.
