Credit card scam. Took $349.00 from my bank acct. Champlain

On Saturday sept. 2,05 got call from Pc one rep. Saying i was approved for $6k credit card, i had to give then my bank (check act#, routing #, name of bank) and personal information (license, ss#, adress, phone #, mother's maiden name, d.O. B). They promise the card in exchange of a one-time fee of $349.00 They withdrew this amount from my bank of america checking acct. I did not recieve a $6k credit card and I found out through the internet that pc one is a scam corporation.
