Credit Card Ripoff Scam

I recieved a call from PC One Club for an unsecured line of credit of about $2500. All i had to do was give them my account information and they would debit 349.00 dollars, after which the card would be activated. Being a young man and new at this stuff, I thought it was a great offer, only to find out that these scams happen all the time.
I have had no luck with my bank, because i gave my account/routing number. Now i'm in the red and I have to close the account, probably after paying back this charge, because i am an idiot and misinformed (or uninformed.) NEVER PAY UP FRONT FOR A CREDIT CARD! You should never have to pay for credit! NEVER NEVER!
The Bank of America is doing very little to help! I screwed up and gave them my info! Never give your info! They will keep charging your account! NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR INFO!
