Ripoff the real deal I was a manager hear it for a inside view

Now guys I've read a lot of the reports and it's all true. Now anyone can tell you guys not to work for them this and that but hear it for a inside perspective because I was there and I moved up and I was a manager! Yes I "was" a manager

Now if you're willing to read you will learn a great deal about the "behind" the everythings. Well all of you guys are in the business to run your OWN company and make a 6 figure salary a year right? Well I sure was.

They tell you in entry level expect to make 400-6 a week then leadership (account manager) 600-9week then asst manager 1500 a week then manager is 6 figures.

Guys it's straight commission and you do door to door there's no getting away from it. Yes you can make that much but its not on a consistent basis. Expect to pay for lunch everyday and gas etc etc. Once you get promoted to leadership they say you will be making good "$" but will be pushing 80hours a week. That's around 506bucks a hour. YIKES! But you're so sold on the oppourtunity you just don't care! Who cares what your family or gf b/f etc etc says! I'll be making 6figures! Blah

The reason behind atmosphere is to get to know each other really well and try to get away from the door to door sales! They try to make it as fun as possible, thats why we have team nights and leaders come into the office asking "what you learn today" how can I help you. Etc etc. So what are 2 things we can work on ahah FAKE!

Now of you look around the room most of you guys are in your 20's very excited about the oppourtunity. Shoot I know I was! I was pretty much brained washed like everyone else. They do it because your the easier to convince you guys! You just graduated college or just finished H/S and your just looking to build your career and find that great oppourtunity where your gonna make a killing! RIGHT?

This they don't tell you about as* man and manager!!!

When you get to ASS man! Ahh you did it! 5 1st gen leaders 5 2nd gen!!! Keep building@!!! Spin your plates right! Haha I REMEMBER!!! Well you're getting ready to open your business! You make over ride $ now right? Well all that over ride money is gonna go in a seperate bank account into you reach 10k then that will be used to open your business! YOU NEVER SEE IT!

You manager doesn't really give you 10k YOU MADE IT YOURSELF! Durh! So you go through with it YES I'M A MANAGER NOW IM MAKIN THE BIG BUCKS! WRONG!

You become a manager. ALL THE $ YOU MAKE goes into a business account you pay yourself a salary which will be around 5-6hundred bucks a week. And you pay your reps Which isn't bad.

Let's say you have 5-6k left over.
But what happens to your business money the 100k a year! Well that goes towards outside deals guys! You can't touch it unless you get permission for your HUB the person who runs YOUR MONEY!

You never see your money guys! And if you purchase anything you need permission from your HUB and cydcor. That's why you see most of these managers drive sh*y as* cars! Ask your manager to see his "personal account" not his business but his personal! I had around 250bucks a week in there. WOW

Now ask yourself why work you as* off to have someone else control your money that you worked for? You did the door to door for a year plus not them.

GUYS! When you become a manager you sign a contract if you break it, you pay taxes, liablity, sh* your building contract, phone contract, internet, THINK ABOUT IT!!! You end up w / umm a couple of grand, wow!

I've look at the statistics and there's been 160 offices open for the last 12years no more no less. Everytime one closes another opens!

Yes brad makes a killin and wiggens and rucks but you? Nope your pretty much the bottom on 98% and 2% of you will make it.

After I went back to school and got my master and I work for a bank. Where I make around 75k a year SALARY! NOT COMMISSION. HEHE
