3DK Consulting - Brian Darling, This company is a scam and the owner Brian Darling has no idea how to run a business

This company has rotten business practices and currently Fox 6 is investigating them. I have worked for this company for over a year and have seen my fair share of things. One of the funniest things I have seen is that Brian Darling has a hard time paying his own bills and Michael Sessions (his promoting owner) has to shell out money left and right in order for Brian to stay in business. Brian also has problems paying his employees.

He is lacking a business mind set and does not know the first thing about running a company it is a complete joke. This is a door to door 100% commission position with no benefits no vacation time and sometimes no pay. Also you will work a minimum of 10-12 hours per day and maybe make 300 per week. I have seen this first hand I have seen the payroll reports and the average check was consistently about 300 per week. And this would be for someone that was seeing 50 or more business per day.

Cydcor tells you that you will be in the field for 8-12 months before being promoted to assistant management but I know for a fact that Brians assistant managers or manager have been there for well over 1.5 years before being promoted and when they were promoted it was not the correct way they were promoted so that Brian could ship them out to god knows where with no money to see how long they can last just so he can have a outside deal. There are about 160 offices per year that open and 155-160 that close per year. The turnover is crazy.

If you do make it then you are working 12-15 hour days you can never buy a house because they will force you to move at least a few times within 2 years. I know all of this because I have seen it. I have also seen and heard the racist and discriminating remarks that are make by Michael Sessions and Brian Darling. These guys are so shallow and pure evil. They are out for themselves and the money the sad thing is that Brian has no money and the only reason Michael does is because he got in this way before there were all of these client rules. There are many illegal practices being done by Brian Darling and Michael Sessions.

I have witnessed the goals that are set for the admins 100 interviews per week. 100 people!!! This is crazy. Brian sits at his desk on facebook.com or plays games while his admin does all of his work for 8$ an hour. He never goes into the field and lies to the guys all the time about being in the field. If he does not want you around anymore he will give you an overworked territory 50 miles from the office and hope you quit so that you can't claim unemployment. There is no millage or gas reimbursement and you are required to go on road trips (or you get fired) where there is no expense reimbursement and you have 4-5 guys to one hotel room so Brian can save money.

Brian I think needs to do some major looking in the mirror. His love life is a mess. He constantly cheats on the girlfriends he does have. He has a major drinking problem and has slept with more then 100 women.
