Ripoff Still withholding my last payroll check

While emplyed at PRC I was sent on a business trip to Pittsburgh, PA. While I was there I was involved in a MVA. I was a passenger and the driver was one of PRC's clients. He filed for worker's comp. I' currently being harrased by bill collectors to pay my bill. PRC instructed me not to file for worker's comp.

I never recieved any instructions on what their travel procedures were. Upon my return I was asked to fill out report which I had no clu what it was about. I asked my manger for help during a period of 2 months and never recieved it. I ressigned on August 16 and terminated my employment on August 27th. I had a company pager which I didn't return. Pyday was 2 weeks ago and they have bee withholding my entire check because the pager was not returned and the expense report not filled out.

I have since sent all reciepts I had for that trip, considering I wasn't aware I needed to keep them. My e-mails and calls have been ignored. Today I recieved a message that I would be called by HR and still waiting.

When I spoke to the HR manger she informed me that it was an issue between my e-xmanager and I.

I have also requested to be paid for mileage which employees recieve when they have to travel outside of their assigned center.

Don't know what else to do.
