This Summer, I made the mistake of turning on my TV. You see, I ended up watching an 'infomercial' and decided to actually pay attention to this new revolution of vacuum cleaners. Thus, it was the SINGER Lazer Storm Vacuum cleaner. The commercial showed someone vacuuming and magically, it removed all of the ballsack hairs from the carpet! Well, I was sold after that.

Ok, now I'll get serious and to the point... They had a buy 1 get 1 free deal, so I decided to call them to place that order. They talked me into a deal where I could pay for just the shipping to receive a free hand steamer. I agreed and placed the order.

When I received my order, I was shipped and charged for 4 vacuum cleaners and never received the steamer. I called customer service and they told me to ship 2 back and that they would have a Fed Ex person pick it up so I wouldn't be charged for the shipping. They told me the pick up date would be in a few weeks, which didn't make any sense to me at the time.

A few weeks later, Fed Ex never showed up! Also, still no steamer was ever sent. At that point, I was so disgusted with the situation that I decided to return all 4 vacuum cleaners. I called the company and they told me to send the invoice along with the vacuum cleaners and that I would be credited the full amount, plus the shipping charges.

It is now almost the middle of September and after several more weeks, still, NO CREDIT on my account! I tried to call customer service again and got thru after 30 minutes. After explaining my situation, the woman put me thru to voicemail, which I left a message and then hit 0 to go back to talk to her. She hung up the phone right after picking it up, go figure.

I started to search online to see if there were any other reviews on this company. I found some distubing reviews on this website. You can add this story to your collection, as you can see, it's a doozy. There are now at least 4 pages of similar complaints from numerous amounts of people.

I am in dispute with my credit card company, since I still have no luck with contacting the company. I am also going to report these sc*mbags to the BBB and whatever other website I can find. I cannot believe a company can get away with this, these people should be out of business and... X!?!!! Their website is singervac.com - asseenontvnetwork.com
