Car rental rip off

I recently rented a car at payless car rental in san diego, and they took me for a ride, i was to rent a car for a week, for $125.00 not bad, i flew 3000 miles, got to payless, they hit me with a $300.00 deposit, on the car, for which i had insurance for, they new i was a out of towner, and took advavtage of me, there were no other cars to be found, they told me they would give me a free upgrade, they did, at the end of the week i returned the car. The bill was $286.00 its a ripp off company never again cjc3
