Ripoff, scam artist gets credit information from unexpected investor and run accounts into tens of thousands dollar liability for the grantor

Mr. Ben Holmes tells people that he can give them a corp. Business in 30 days, he needs your personal information and he get credit cards with the company name. He also tells peoople that he is the owner and that his company if worth 1 - 10 million dollars and that he could estabish the same for them if they become investors, he uses the monies granted to buy personal items for himself and family members, exotic traving, leasure trips to lakes, clothing, jems and ect. Hes a fruad, a fake, and hes a con artist. He moves from state to state striking unexpected people willing to start a business.
