Ripoff dishonest and bogus collections department for phones services never used!

Received a letter stating I owed them $164.50 for using an Adult phone line. The credit card used was not listed under my name but they had my cell phone number and address. The creditor was Network telephone Services out of Florida, 888-397-3742, collections department Debbie or laura, they have had several complaints about the same company Business Office Systems & Solutions Collection Dept. Using their name.network Phone is collecting copies of the letters.in some cases people are being ask to verify credit card numbers! They are pursusing legal recourse.

I was told that my cell phone was used to run up $164.50 change and the MC company called and a charge back issued to the card holder, they told me I wasn't the card holder but my number was used to make this call sooo I'm responsible for the bill. I disputed the validity of the debt and am following up with a letter to demand more informataion. I have called the USPS Fraud division, write "Forward to Postal Inspectors" on envelope and your postoffice will send it to the Postal Police Dept. I also called the AG office in TX and Federal consumers protection agency with this information.
