Injured while in their employ

I worked for this company at the CF Sauer facility in Mauldin South Carolina. I was seriously injured by boxes falling from an overhead conveyor. One of their reps was not 20 feet away when it happened. She sat me down in an office until I was able to walk to the time clock to punch out. I had to do this before I could go to get treatment.

They have continuosly refused proper medical treatment. I was terminated shortly after the injury due to no longer being able to perform my job. Since that day I have not had one call from these people, and have had the absolute minimum of treatment. I am no longer able to maintain employment in my field due to this injury. I cannot even pass a physical for my profession.

I spent four months out of work with no income whatsoever directly after this accident, and cannot sustain employment in my profession. Their workmans comp doctor, a Dr. Shallcross in Greenville South Carolina told me in the first visit I was faking, the second visit I was in serious need of medical attention (this after almost two years no treatment), and on the third visit he told me and I quote, " you should consider yourself lucky to have such an opportunity to change careers. I lost my home, cars, and any savings I had. I can only say avoid this employer at all cost as they will not think twice about you after you are injured.
