Ripoff hit the rear of my car lied to insurance still not fixed

Paul was a so called friend, he had helped me and i had helped him. I was staying at his house at the time i paid rent, bought groceries did his an my laundry, cleaned house, cut and pulled weeds in his yard. It was not a girlfriend boyfriend relationship, just till i could find a place.

He backed out of his driveway march 3rd with no headlights on pulled forward, no lights still, right into the rear left of my mustang, that my deceased husband had bought me. This is august 20th, 05 and i am yet to have my car repaired. I turned it into his insurance and he lied and said he was parked up, check the word up, in his driveway and i hit him and he had a wittness. I have since been approached by a lady at wal mart that ask if paul fixed my car yet. Little did i know then there was a detailed eye wittness that seen what he did and is willing to go to court and testify., for me. Plus 6 others that he told with his own mouth he hit me.

I got pictures of his drive way and the way his truck is parked there i could not of gotten in there to hit the front of his truck with the left rear of my car. You are asking why i haven't taken him to court, well i live on a fixed income and i have to pay to take him to court and i just don't and haven't been able to spare $60.00. Whats a person to do. I feel totally violated by this person. Help what can i do.?
