My account was charged $89.71 for some pills i never ordered and i requested a refund which i have not recieved yet Sandy, UTAH. 84070

I had recieved an e-mail for a free trial of pills which stated i only had to pay $3.95 for shipping cost and then two weeks later my account was charged $89.17 for the bottle of pills i called their number that shows up on the bank statement by the amount and thier company name and was on hold for 45 minutes. Finally someone came to the phone and they told me i would see the refund in 5 to 7 days. So i never got the refund yet. Called them again and this time they told me that i was not going to get a refund because i had signed up for a membership.
