Ken and Sheila Jensen are baiting neighbors cats by putting anti-freeze in canned tuna. They put it on the ground not far from the property line encouraging animals to eat it then suffer a horrible slow death. Numerous cats have been found dead around the neighborhood. Two different cats have been taken to two different vets to determine cause of death (autopsy) which showed to be Oxalate nephrosis severe acute or in other words, antifreeze poisoning. One of these cats was a nursing mother with four 2 week old kittens. One kitten later died. The three kittens had to be bottle fed every two hours, bathed and dried for weeks until they were old enough to care for themselves. There are a lot of neighborhood dogs and children that can easily get into it and get poisoned. Knowingly and intentionally adding poison and baiting animals is a Class A misdemeanor, which carries a $10,000 fine and psychological counseling.
