Ripoff unauthorised payments taken from Amex card since 2000 in July, ripoff

Essentials CT have been billing me every June and July since 2002. The payments are billed to my Amex card. I have no idea how this has happened, but I have NEVER authorised any payments to Essentials.

Recently I managed to talk to 2 agents at Essentials, who say that they can find no record of me or my credit card. I was also told that it is not possible for a Canadian to have an Essentials membership.

Every June a charge of $1.95 is made and then is credited to my Amex card. The whole Essentials thing is confusing and I have only just been made aware that it is Fraud.
