Prosper, Inc, does not live up to what they promise you, I joined them in July, I was given this great sales pitch on the phone how they were going to walk me through these great no money down real estate transactions, so far I received 1/2 hour of coaching a week. They give you home work assignments, which I have been doing, and reading material. The advice I'm getting from my coach, my real estate agent says is not realistic. For $10,000.00, it is not worth it, I wish I had never sign on, I feel like I am being ripped off. I pray others won't be as stupid as I was.
