I ordered dvds that he said were in new condition & they were burned & unwatchable & wouldn't give my money back

I ordered dvds from him that he said were in new condition.

He lied they were burnt copies and unwatchable and he refused to give me back my money.

The phone # he gave me might be false. Every time i called i was told i had the wrong # and he does not answer his e-mails.
