Ripoff of people specially women who come in with a problem

I went into Yonkers Ave dodge dealer and they made me pay to rapair the power steering hose on my Grand Caravan, my neighbor went in the next day and he was told that it was covered under the warranty and they gave him a loaner to take. One week later I received a letter the problem I had with my car resulted in a recall I paid the dealer $400.00 still trying to get it back. I called Yonkers Ave DOdge on 7/25 and was told that the diagnosis would cost me $600.00 and went to a dealer on Tuckhoe, NY and on the same day they requested all the maintenance recipts I had claiming that htey wanted to see the consistency of my oil changes I provided all the maintenance receipts that they requested now the issue is that the invoce does not include how much oil was put in my car when the oil change was done and what parts were changed this is all a bunch of BS this is because I am a woman. They want me to pay thousands of dollars to repair the engine which is something that is covered under my guaranty the car is only 3 years old and 56,121 miles I should not have to replace the nengine myself.
