In 1985 John and Laura Mourier of JMC Homes, Roseville California began building homes in Heather Glen subdivision, Antelope CA. While this may seem like a normal thing for a builder to do, this builder and his wife built the homes on STOLEN GOVERNMENT land that according to a 1963 aerial photo was used as a hazardous waste dump by the lands legitimate owners. The Army Corps of Engineers dug the trenches and McClellan Air Force Base filled those trenches with hazardous waste and garbage.

The deeds for Heather Glen are bogus. When the legal descriptions on the deeds were mapped out by civil engineer, the homes in Heather Glen ended up two blocks southeast in another subdivision built by a different builder.

The Heather Glen subdivision was approved by VA and Federally insured loans were put on those eighty four homes. The builders did not submit the State and Federally mandated Soil Report, Environmental Impact Report or Negative Declaration. So, how did the homes qualify under the FHA/HUD and VA insured programs? MONEY, GRAFT, GRATUITY, GREED!

The County of Sacramento approved the subdivision. They have collected over two million dollars on homes that are sitting on Federal Government land. One of the building inspectors who aided the fraudulent builders in falsifying documents is currently sitting in Prison on a Murder for Hire Conviction. Prior to the deed washing that took place in 1977, a "highly placed civilian employee at McClellan Air Force Base was named Chairman of the Sacramento County Planning Commission."

The homes in Heather Glen are currently being tested by CAL/EPA. The same constituents being cleaned up at McCellan Air Force Base under the Superfund were found wicking into the homes in Heather Glen. Some of the Volatil Organic Compounds (VOC'S) found in the soil under and inside the homes are CHLOROFORM, TCE, BENZENE, FREON, BATTERY CASING RESIDUE and many more that most of us cannot pronounce.

NEVER, NEVER buy a home in California. There is NO consumer protection for homeowners in this very corrupt, dirty State. On the other hand, if you are in the professional field of ripping off consumers, California is the place to live. Just buy a few city, county and state politicians and you can be assured of complete impunity and protection from prosecution.
