I want to warn all you, who are going to Office team to look for work or employment to stay far away from this company as you possibly can. I remember the first time, I went to Office Team was in May after I had graduated from Harrison Career Institute in South Orange, NJ 07079, with a diploma/certificate in Medical Office Specializing in 6/19.

So when i called there to see if they had any clerical or entry level medical office jobs, working in a clinic for extra training / experience. The person I talked to was Heather Lutz, who was the Office manager there, and she told that I had to fill out an application, and to do a profile on myself, and to type in / or tell what kind of skills I had.

So I did what was asked of me, and so she told me to come in for a interview. So when i came in the first they asked me for was my social security, diploma, and certificate, and birth certificate, along with taking an assessment over the computer and I just sat there, waiting for my appontment to see Heather in person, so she came in a half hour later.

So she asked me a couple questions, about the typre training i had and what jobs i was looking for, and she said, that she helped people from entry level to 14 years of experience to look for jobs. After i finished my appointment, she told me to call her back in 1 week, so i did just that, and she told me " Sorry, we don't have any jobs available right now, can call back in a couple of weeks, so I did a couple of times, matter of fact, and still nothing available.

So I told, her " Somebody is lying and not telling the truth, and I'm going to sue". She said, " I don't know what else to do, that's all i tell you". The only way I got a job, was couple of months later when I applied to volunteer at the University Hospital doing filing or clerical work, or at the Post Office in Newark, that had reffered me to the Northern NJ Priority Mail Processing Center in Kearny, for the Christmas Season for 10.50/ hr. Not, only they have an office in Jersey City the also have offices in:

Manager's name is Latarsha Mitcheel, who is good for telling people lies, about sending them to orientation, in order to start work, after gets finishes interviewing them and taking people's info, especially, when a couple of people went there for housekeeping jobs, including myself and didn't do a damn thing. Plus, the building is across the street from the University Hospital, and the only way you get a job in there is knowing somebody, sucking up / being lazy or having their picks and chooses.

In which the building and the place is a joke in itself.in' fact, when I went in on5/15, it did even look like a real office. All it had was a couple of desks and only one computer in the back. When I went in their to look for summer time work, doing part time / college work for students, in which I was currently enrolled at Bloomfield College for the Fall coming in, and that way I have extra money to pay for books, and for the neccesities, such as bills, etc. The lady I spoke to was Stephanie, who didn't what she was even talking about very much, and the manager Joe, who seemed nice, but also told me that things were to pick up in June, but when the time came around, They said, " Sorry, nothing's available at this time", which is same lame, sorry excuse.
