Dropped me like a hot potato

This company hired me and offered me a job. I informed them in the beginning that I had never work in a medical office they said it was ok and that the start pay was 8.00 hour and told me I would be staffing cnas and aides to go to people homes and offer services that was all the job desp in the interview.

I later find out that I had to staff, payroll, answers phones, give tests, grade tests, be on call, do orientation for new hires, put paperwork in order for all files (note over 150 people that work here), make copies (not a big deal), order supplies, make a newsletters every week, input data on new client (which was a duh which kinda knew that one just wasn't informed at interview), and clean the whole office and bathrooms all for 8.00 an hour and probably no raise in a year. Not that all tasks was a problem I would have like to be informed before said yes I take the job.

The real problem was the way I was trained for the job. I was send to a totally different location every other day and on returning I was told that things was done differently in the office I would work in. The trainer was interest in how well i could mop a floor instead of training me. When i ask questions about the job I was told over and over that I would catch on over time. After 9 days of going back and forth I was fired. I was told that I wasn't the right fit for the office and just they didn't want to set me up for failure however they set themselves up for failure they never VID clients other then by name when they call in for services.
