Ripoff deception promises 15000 visa credit card but never specified can only buy their merchandise and what a mark up on prices

I recieved in the mail a approved 15000 dollars visa card application. All I had to do was send in a one time membership fee, which I did. Never, ever did they specify that I can only buy their merchandise from their catalogs. I checked locals stores and compared their prices and they have an unbeleivalble markup on their merchandise.in some instances it is at least 125% more then regular store prices. Do not deal with them. They are liars and practice fraud. From what I read and beleive me I have read the paper they sent me. It states that I have already been approved and may use my card as soon as it arrives. No where on this paper does it state that it has restricted uses. I just hope enough people complain and file reports so we can get them.
