First national grant is a big scam and rip-off, do not trust them

I received a call from a lady named Christine of First National Grant telling me I was eligible for a free grant from the government for up to $12,500.00. She also said that I would receive a $100.00 emergency relief check if I paid the $29.95 to receive a government grant, so I said ok.

Christine then transferred me to some male, I believe his name was John and he basically told me everything Christine said.

John also told me that if I wanted to receive grants from the government for the next three years that it would be a $299.95 fee, but that I did not have to pay that yet, and I can just let him know whenever I wanted to pay the $299.95 fee.

John then proceeded to ask me my checking account number and routing number and I asked him why he claimed that was the only way that the grant would be able to get to me is through a direct deposit. So I gave him the numbers and my account was charged $29.95, then two weeks later in the mail I received an big envelope, which I thought was the $100.00 check, but it was full of bubble wrap and one letter. So I called the company and asked them where was my $100.00 check and they said I should be receiving it within 4-5 more days.

Two more weeks went by and still no check, so I called again and this time they said something was wrong with there shipping and handling and that the check should be there within two days.

Another week went by and to my surprise my bank account was drafted for $299.95 and when I called the company I spoke with Christine and she kept telling me that I told them to take the $299.95 out and that I would have to fill out an application for the $100.00 because it is a pay day loan, but when I asked her that question before she lied and said it was a emergency relief check.

The company never sent me any application for a grant and took another $19.95 from my account and to this day I still did not receive a refund because John recored me saying that they could take the $29.95 out of my account and altered the recording to say that I agreed to everything.
