I purchased a puppy from Winsome Italian Greyhounds that was purported to be AKC registered. I received the puppy but never was sent a contract that I was supposed to receive. I was told that I would receive registration papers on the dog after she was spayed but it has been months and I never received papers and they ignore my correspondence, AKC refuses to do anything which is of course what disreputable breeders rely on and why they get away with such dishonest behaviour. The dog was in very poor condition when I received her, very emaciated. She is obviously just a mongrel dog that was misrepresented as a purebred.
