Big Changes, Not Good, Paycuts and More, ripoff

As my name suggests, I am a ticked off manager with NHCD. Yes, I still work with them, but not for long. Don't want to walk away until I have something solid to walk to if you know what I mean. But, something was "announced" today that is so disturbing that I had to post it here. I normally do not post, but this is way too big.

Today it was announced that our pay is being cut. And cut in a big way. First, Senior managers are losing their bonus of $100 per week, as well as their "base" of $455.in addition, all regular and senior managers are all paid "contact pay" (not dental leads), which means that when a lead is contacted by sales, we get an additional $1 to what we were already paid on that lead from our group.

Well no longer. If our group sales rate is not at 12%, we get NO contact pay. Yep, none at all. This is a hefty part of our checks, about 40%. So, if you normally make $400, you will probably get about $250 or so now.

The UPSIDE to all of this as presented by SB and AE is:
IF we are at 15%, which is pretty hard to achieve, then we do get the contact pay plus a nice bonus... But that won't be happening. Looking at current and past SR reports, it shows the majority of managers are not at 12 OR 15 % on a regular basis.

Why the changes? It was presented as that we need to cut our budget. So lets cut the managers pay. Lovely.

And it does not stop there. Oh no, its even better for our hard working reps. Lead generators, if not at 9% sales closing ratio, will no longer get their current pay. They will now be paid $4 per lead if they are not at 9% or above. Lovely.

Looking forward to having to tell my hard working reps that they just received a paycut right along side of me.

I've enjoyed my time at NHCD, but I am in shock and numb at the fact that they reward all of us for our hard work by cutting pay, cutting reps pay, and all the while probably laughing all the way to the bank.

To all of you other "ex" managers, boy do I see why you left and I only hope I'm able to find something that is decent in the pay department, but more importantly respects its employees and understands that if they want us to be loyal to them, they need to be loyal to us.
