I was hired at Southwest Marketing in December. I worked there for four weeks, during which time I made a grand total of $25. This is a marketing scheme designed around hiring "management" and sending them out around Houston to sell perfume and cologne.

Essentially, Marvin Seay and Joe rev you up to go out and make no money. You do not get paid salary or hourly pay - only commission - and you are consistently on a "need-to-know" basis.

You are told that you will get your own office. They don't tell you that you must sell $3,000 worth of product to get that office. You're told that if you go on road trips, that your hotel will be paid for.in actuality, your first 6 bottles pay for the hotel. You are told that you will only have to see product until you move 52 bottles. Actually, you spend 16 weeks training other "distributors" and the only way to make money is to sell.
