Roxann Lynn Boggs Toebe
Mother decides children no longer want, need father, makes claims with conscience ripoff

Roxann Toebe, whom I once saw as mostly moral, has, since our separation in Dec. become a habitual liar to friends, family, church, police and the courts.

She has decided court orders protecting the children's best interest' contact with their father, whom she once greatly respected, is no longer necessary or desirable.

She withholds phone contact repeatedly, has been aggressive during numerous child exchanges, jumped in front of my car, refused to leave my residence, screaming for the police in the process, stalked me in the parking lot often, telling me "go ahead and report me, see if I care."

I ask about the children, she ignores me. I calmly respond "I'm still their father. I think I have a right to ask" to which she says "No, you don't!"

I ask to speak to our youngest child after they finish dinner and am told "I don't think so!"

I ask for pictures of the children on their new swing set and am told "no." Try to take a picture of our oldest child on her birthday, with her mother and get screamed at.

Not allowed to hear of a child's accomplishment at school, watching Roxann make our child cry over the fact.

Arrested (previously clean record) while I come to pick up the children for visitation and she refuses to let our oldest child go, yanking on her arm. After saying to "let her go" several times, right in front of police, and her refusing, right in front of police (in the past they have told me, "sorry sir, it's a civil matter."), I take her wrist off our child and am thrown in jail.

Fathers, beware. Once the separation and divorce happens, the person who thought you were an unselfish person, as she always claimed, who thought you were honest, as she always thought, who thought you were a loving, caring dad, as she once thought, could decide you mean nothing and you are now her enemy and number one target for spite.

Hope those who face this type of behavior, ignored by the courts as heresay, are few. The truth is women, like men, can be deceitful, manipulative, controlling, aggressive and bad parents. If men are human and flawed, women can be too. The courts refuse to acknowledge this as possibility. Proving a man's flaws requires only a woman's testimony. Proving a mother's flaws requires tape, witnesses, expensive lawyers and debt.
