Magnasagger ripoff, no return policy, impossible to cancel order once placed. Why isn't he government going after companies like these. Tempe arizona

Babacu International's Magnassager is a company that makes it the easiet thing in the world to order their product and the hardest to return.

First of all they don't have a toll free number for returns as they do for ordering. They make you wait on hold for a very long time as the return/cancel line is apparently very understaffed.

When I called to cancel they said there computer was down. I spoke with three reps after waiting on hold three times because each time it seemed doubtful from the tone of the rep that I could cancel. They sent this thing out anyway and billed my account that was empty causing me to be charged.

These guys are crooks and my outrage has no bounds for people like these. If you change your mind about a product you ought to be able to opt out of purchasing it if a reasonable amount of time has not gone by. I tried to cancel within twelve hours of buying to no avail.

Why isn't he government going after companies like these. Stores you physically go to allow returns long after you buy the product. People like Babacu discourage would be buyers from purchasing over the Internet in the future. Beware once your card number is given you have signed away rights that you ought to rightfully retain.
