They Tried to take money from my checking without authourization!

I was promised magazines at a great low price but was never told that they could take up to 16 weeks to start recieveing them, I then told them I no longer wanted their service and they replied that you have to pay us because we already paid the publishers for the next 3 years, I said there is no way I will pay you for magazines that I have never even recieved yet. I never recieved my free magazines for verbally agreeing to their so called deal, I refused to pay them for their so called services and they tried to use my Bank card for payment when I did not even authorize them to take money from my account.
