A scam more advanced than when reported on the 11th

I wish thaT i had known about usacomplaints.com sooner. Having not internet acsess right away, I grilled a man named Sam Roger (Surprisingly american name for a man with such a strong indian accent) with questions about numbers and adresses for thirty min until I gave in with my account #. They told me that a pin number would be needed for any withdrawl to be made. Being a very broke student with no $, the lure was too much. I then imeddiatley called my bank and explained the situation to them. They told me of my mistake and while I was on the line with them the swindlers called me back and asked to verify the city I lived in. I told them I was upset and wished to speak to the manager. While on the line with me he began to sexually harass me (asking what I had on, I spelled the city with an 's' as in sex?) I asked what the hell was the matter with him and heard laughter in the background as He hung up on me.
I immediatley noted my account that I will be closing it tomorrow when the bank opens and to be on fraud alert. I have only 10 bucks in there anyway, but I feel incredibly stupid, vunerable and violated.
It was only last month I reported a fraudulent credit card to MAstercard services (I never had my call returned) and it just triples my anger that the only thing that I can do is to warn others of these assholes. Why is this agency not caught yet? It seems that the government is so lax in there policing of fraudulent companies that they don't even take notice when one is imersonating the goverment.
If you recieve a call saying that you have qualified for a government grant for $12,500 (or any other amount) a medical card, a calling card and all they ask for is your account number so they can pay for shipping (a small $30 fee) DON"T DO IT!!! These people are evil.
