Pest Control Technicians
Stole money from my checking account Ripoff

I was employed by Pest control technicians for 6 months with no problems. On or about May 17 Joseph Silverstrini fired me for no reason. He proved to me that he is a total control freak and can't handel it when someone disagrees with him. I left without incident. The next day was pay day for the two weeks prior and I had direct deposit set up. Joeseph silverstrini had a company called paychex to process their payroll. Direct deposit was done on or about may 19th and then withdrew with out my permission by joe silverstrini. I contacted joe and he told me he can do whatever he wants!

I have been fighting this company for two months and I am still trying to get the money that is owed too me. I am looking to get paid for their work that I performed and I will go away.

Total amount that is owed to me is over 2,000.00 dollars. I have filed a complaint with the PA labor law compliance and he has lied to the state about he did.
