Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent billing

Vericomm is a rip-off! The Sales Rep, Mark Simota, falsely advertised the cost of monthly service for our credit card machine. He said our total cost would be $29.00 a month and there are no other charges. We did not find out that he lied to us until we read our bank statement showing they took out two payments which equaled $72.48. We called the company and they said that the $29.00 was only for the cost of the machine and that there was nothing we could do about it because we were in a non-cancelable lease. Mark Simota also told us our rate was 1.65% for all cards. We found out we are being charged 3.51% for Visa cards. So we called the company again and they said the 1.65% was only for Mastercards. It seems like every month we are finding out a new way they are screwing us. I believe this company should be out of business due to unfair practices. So now we are getting ripped off in a lease we cannot cancel. Please do not go to this company they lie to you!!!
