Teresa webster-colvin-miller is a lowlife deadbeat "mother" who has four kids with four different fathers and does not have any of the children in her care. She is pregnant again by her current husband's brother, russell paul dean, of arab, alabama.

She has no problem just leaving kids behind and "replacing" them by having more. She owes back support on three children and has just recently left the other two behind with her current husband.

She is on the run from law enforcement. She has warrants on her in knoxville, tennessee for child support arrears, she has warrant on her in maynardville, tennessee for three bad checks written to previous landlord, she has felony charges on her in knoxville, tennessee for theft over $500 which she stole a "friends" atm card and withdrew money, she has bad check warrants on her in tioga county pennsylvania and in potter county pennsylvania, and also in new york.

Help us find this welfare case, deadbeat lowlife, sorry excuse for a "mother" and bring her to justice before she has anymore innocent children she will just leave behind. Thank you.
