Ripoff - can't get human to cancel - always "system down" Salt Lake City

I received a card concerning canceling my subscription or be charged annually for Redbook. I can't remember how I ordered Redbook, but I can't cancel by phone and everytime I get a human, their "system is down" so they can't help me. I have tried this 5 times in the last week and always "system is down."
