(residential construction) ripoff, doesn't pay child support Des Moines

This man is my ex-husband. For 7 years he has gotten away with paying no child support except when he feels it's necessary. He now owes me around 68,000.00 in back support.

I am raising 3 daughters basically on my own while he works for cash (under the table), has no car or license, and shares his living expenses with 2 other adults. The state cannot do anything to him as they cannot prove his earnings.

I know he makes well over 4,000.00 monthly if not more, I have receipts of his recent bank deposits totaling well over 17,000.00. I have a court order for support along with signed reports of his contempt of court charges that have never stuck.

I'm tired of begging for his help and would like to find someway to stop him from getting away with this. My girls want to be a part of his life therefore I will not stop his visitation rights. However, he has a financial as well as a physical responsibility to his children and it's time he own up to it.
