Rip Off Credit Card Company Fraud

I have recived a phone call one morning from a male gave me the name of "Peter Diner" Like a Diner as in a Resturaunt" Anyways he has whoaed me with such an tempting offer of a "Credit Card" with a Credit Limit of 2,500, has informed me I could make ATM cash advanced of 500 dollers a day.

So he was telling me how I could get this card before I pay them. He said it would come Fed Ex, and so I asked about Fed Ex Tracking Numbers He said the "Confermation Number" is the tracking number. So like a dummy i say OK and just poured my infomation. 2 days later a man by the name of Jay Carter called my home.

Telling me that the man didnt record my infomation from me correctly. He gotten the infomation again. So a couple days later I decided to cancel the card because of all the fraud that is accuring with the Phony cashier checks and money orders and all. They had over drawing my account anyways after being notified that i didn't want the card.

So today I had called again trying to make threats saying i am going to call my Lawyer *I wish I had one*he gave me the name and extention of a "manager" that is "not in at the moment" that is "out of town" oh fiddle sticks, whatever The name is Micheal Thomas at EXT 3674. I lost the extentions to the other people. I hope this can help you.
