I received a bill fron OAN Services for $16.91forAsC Telecom Inc for a collect bill for a call made to my number at 4:08 PM on February 9. The number called from was 712-566-9240 Neither I or my wife are crazy enough to accept collect call from telemarketers and only from our brother in law in Tennessee This is sick, and as usual, no one is available for a response.
