No Good Dead Beat Dad ran to keep from paying child support

Left the state in 1985 to keep from paying child support ror his Son. He has been running ever since. He has been known to have been living well in many states including Texas. He is known to be with a woman. He is a no good person that his Son has suffered all his life because he did not know why his Dad did not care enough to stick around while he was growing up.

He suffered for things he needed because his Dad would not pay child support. He is so many thousand dollars behind, my Son could finally have something in life if his Dad were found and made to pay. He keeps running. We do not have the money to hire private investigators to find him.
