Ripoff, liars, scum of the earth, builds crappy houses, Dallas, Houston

We bought our new Gehan quality home in October. Since then we have counted well over 100 cracks throughout our home including cracks in the walls ceilings, fireplace, sidewalks, and bricks. There are multiple wall/floor separations. The master bath shower is coming apart. There are several hollow sounding kitchen tiles. The engineers drilled down to check the soil and found water under the house.

The foundation is cracked and appears to be wet at all times, even when it is 90 degrees outside. The foundation is sunken in the center and raising up on the edges. The builder said they would buy the house back and then changed their minds a few days later. They said that since Tim Gehan, the president of the company is a lawyer, they would take their chances in court.

These people are scum who refuse to do the honorable thing. They would rather spend their money on lawyers to fight rather than exorcise any amount of integrity. We will have to move out of our home in order for repairs to be done. Tim Gehan should be ashamed of himself and his company. The stress from this situation is incredible. It's eating away at us. Our dream home is a nightmare.
