What a mistake, buying this home-15 Months of fixing and it's not over Yet! Home Builder Rip-off nightmare!

We were promised many things! Our house was built very quickly and as we have been living in our home for 15 months now Pulte has basically lived with us! Let me clarify.

We've had our driveway taken out because we could'nt fit two vehicles. Our brick work has been redone twice because it was done inproperly.

Their has been standing water in our yard. Our fireplace had to be taken out because it was crooked and it took 2 weeks to get done. A half-wall was worked on 3 times. Ceiling worked on 3 times.

You know the list goes on and on. This has been just an awful experience, not only have we had fix up after fix up most of the work is not done satisfactory.

They may be trying to fix things, but when we signed our contract on this home we did not agree to buy a fixer upper for 180,000! I home school my children and it's been very difficult having workers in and out of this house.

We have not had the pleasure of enjoying this home like you think your going to when you buy a new home. Their have been so many things they have fixed it just would take too long to write.

After all this we now have cracks in our cement slab in our garage that is hollow in the center and is getting worse cracks in our porch and driveway also.

We have hollow spots in the foyer, kitchen and dining room.in our subdivision homes have been bought back because of settlement issues, foundations sinking and major structural damage.

For us we now have to find out what the extent of the damage is to our foundation and worse case, you guessed it Pulte will still be fixing. How long who knows! I will never ever buy another home By Pulte. Yes, most everything can be fixed, but to what degree. Whats tolerable, certaintly not 15 months and on-going still.

A new house should be a new house! Perfect, no. Nothing is. I expected afew things to go wrong, but the foundation after 15 months, I don't think anybody prepares for that. Could it be fixed right, would you trust a company that has shown you otherwise.
