Ripoff-i have been charged for 6 mos. For a 1800 # idid not agree to. After calling them, they used a recording that had been altered. I am hearing impared, i thought i was getting a free cell phone

As of april of i realized i was being charged bills on my ph. I do not have. I have been charged over 100.00 since Jan. 2005. When i call them, they play back an altered ph. Mess. Made by me agreeing to their services. I did not agree to an 800 no. Or any other service. I thought i was getting a free cell phone i could use to have activated anywhere free. I told the person i was hearing impared and was not agreeing to pay for anything. I never recieved a cell phone.
