Stole money without sending me anything ripoff

In March they called me and said for 3.95 they would send me information on their system and some gifts. I would then have 7days to evaluate the information, and if I wasn't interested I could call and cancel prior to paying. 5 days later they debited my account for the 3.95 and the first month fee of 119.90.

I called on that day saying I had not received the information promised and therefore wanted a full refund. I was told they would send me a form to sign and then when they got it back they would send me my refund. A week later no form. I called again, was told they had sent it.

Three weeks later I finally received the form and sent it back the next day - April 14th. Call again a week later and was told they had received the form and my refund was in process, and should arrive within 2 weeks. It has now been 3months since they took my money and even though I have called repeatedly I still have received nothing from them, and have been rudely told that they have so much time to research etc and to just keep waiting.
