Ripoff

This supposedly legitamate company sells (or did sell) tropical fish, mostly Fancy Guppies. He recently posted on his site that due to health reasons, he was going out of business and was offering a 40% discount on all fish and supplies. I sent him an e mail stating what I wanted which was 2 trios of Half Black Yellow Guppies and asked that he confirm that he still had some.

He e mailed me back telling me that he did and that I needed to confirm with him and send out the payment. The total was $29.54 with shipping. He e mailed me two days later stating that the payment had been received and that he would be shipping the following Monday, the 23rd of May.

The package should have arrived on the 25th seeing that it was sent USPS Priority mail. To this date I have received nothing. I have e mailed him twice. The first time asking why I had not received the fish, and the second time asking for my money back. He has now blocked all e mails and closed down his website.

It's not a lot of money, just the shadiness of the whole deal. I have bought from this man before and after not receiving what I ordered a week later, e maile him and demanded that he ship. He finally did and sent some of the worst looking fish I have ever seen.

I realize it is my own fault for ever trusting this guy again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Very disappointing...
