Deceptive sales tactics, failure to deliver what was promised ripoff

We entered into an agreement with Ellipsis 7 months ago based on the premise that they would be our Marketing partner. We paid a large fee up front and agreed to a monthly maintenance fee that would include: a website, web hosting and their sales staff to contact and set appointments with Real Estate agents. Which they are liars, they can't produce what they stated they could do. The company consistently lies.

If there is anyone out there who is thinking of filing a class action lawsuit we would be more than happy to join in.
